Behind TapNGo are co-founders Rick Keyes and Pharoh Martin - two experienced business leaders united by a passion for helping entrepreneurs become more visible, make stronger connections, and create new opportunities for growth.
Rick Keyes
Co-Founder
Rick has more than four decades of experience in business operations, small-business ownership, financial services, marketing, and entrepreneurial development.
Having experienced both the rewards and the setbacks of business ownership, he understands the courage, sacrifice, and persistence required to build something of lasting value.
Throughout his career, Rick has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses, improve their financial foundations, access capital, develop strategic plans, and turn their ideas into sustainable opportunities.
Pharoh Martin
Co-Founder
Pharoh has more than 15 years of award-winning experience in media, technology, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
His career has included leading global campaigns for Adidas Basketball, developing digital media experiences for Pluto TV, serving in government communications, and working as a journalist for nationally recognized publications. His work has earned some of the marketing industry's highest honors, including a Clio Sports Grand Award and a Cannes Lions Award.
Today, he applies that enterprise-level experience to creating practical, technology-powered solutions for small and growing businesses.
